Hair cutting is an art form. For 35 years Katan has been at the forefront of cutting hair in Melbourne. From an early Vidal Sasoon working background in London; all the operators have done extensive training in learning and developing techniques the world over. All cuts include complimentary styling, included in the price of the cut.
Specific haircutting, some say is a dying art. A lot of hairdressers are trained in about 5 basic haircuts that they learnt at Hairdressing collage. At Katan we’re fortunate enough to have cutters that have been through various stages of Haircutting Fashion and are capable of doing up to 300 versions of Contemporary cuts. We feel we are very fortunate to be in this unique position, with the skill-base we have.
